    This company sent someone out who did not cover any of the vents and started blowing out the air ducts and dust blew over the entire house! There was dirt and hair all over every floor and all the walls and appliances, even on the top of the refrigerator! We just had the home painted and was getting ready for an open house for renting the home out. They refused to clean the home but told us they would pay to clean the home. The guy left with the furnace still apart and the owner came the next day. I called 2 weeks later after not hearing back or getting a response from the manager via text message and she said the owner decided not to pay for the cleaning like she said they would. We had to wash every wall in the home, all the floors and woodwork and appliances and countertops. We paid a premium price to get someone in on a Saturday so we could not be out of commission too long to rent out the home. Please stay away from this company!

    This company is rip off advertisement was done for $39 for 10 duck came home told me will cost 575$. I told ok. The guys knock the door they look like they are going to rob the house. Or ran from prison.I told them they can not walk in house with muddy shoes. So i have to give them cover for shoes. This company is so cheap they cannot provide emplyess cover for shoes. Once they were done i follow them they give me bill for 1054$. I ask them explain me charges he could explain say these are company charges for chemicals they use. While i was there they never use the chemicals in duck or anything. He say call the company that what company told us to charge customer. I call the lady she was unprofessional and could not explain me charges say owner will call you. It has been one month with several call have not hear from owner. I need to know what chemicals they put which i never saw it if they did what chemicals i am inhaling cost me $750 extra.
    This company is rip off $39 turn in $1054.
    Use ******* ****** they are honest people i use them for different things and cost is upfront.. This company doing wrong advertising and are ripoff and scam.

    Beware of this company. Advertised a 49.99$ duct cleaning special. We have a larger home with a few additional cold air returns and vents so we knew it would be more than the advertised price. What they don't tell you is the crew will show up and start work before you receive any estimates for the additional service. I am now at 387$ when we thought we would be much cheaper than that. Misleading advertising and shoddy communication- again beware of this company- I would advise just going with one of the larger companies like Stanley Steamer or the like- they will be more expensive up front but at least you know what you're signing up for. They are no longer welcome back to our home. I called the zone manager Michelle- she basically doubled down on the validity of the advertisement and offered zero solutions.
