Our experience with ********************* Construction was extremely disappointing and led to financial loss. My hope in writing this is that no one else goes through this experience with *********************** or his partners, ***************** and *****************. We paid for work upfront, which we now regret as we are left with several unfinished projects. We contacted ***** several times to obtain updates and were repeatedly told there were delays. At one point, an interior door had to be reordered two times due to MWC providing the vendor with inaccurate information. We waited several months and it never came. Additionally, the exterior door they installed was not what we ordered. Then, one day, MWC disappeared in the middle of their contracted work. We reached out to them several times and received no response. We soon learned that they changed phone numbers and their emails were no longer valid. An attorney, *********************, eventually emailed us. **** stated, MWCC is no longer in operation and will thus be unable to complete construction at your project. When asked about a refund, we were told, the failure of a customer to pay a substantial draw payment, have put MWCC into a negative financial position. It simply does not have the resources to offer refundsWe now have an exterior door that is incorrectly installed and doesnt have any foam or trim, which led to insects entering our home. We also have no interior door; we have the wrong hardware for all doors, and finish work for the windows is incomplete. We asked for the interior door (that was incorrect) to be delivered so we could try to recoup some money. It was delivered with poplar veneer peeling off, corners damaged, and mold growing in the wood grain.Being left in the dark when your home is in shambles is one thing, but walking away with your money shows an utter lack of character. ********************* Construction stole from us- and not just money. They stole our ability to trust others in the trades and they stole our time.

I hired this company in May of 2022 for damage from a tree. They replaced shingles, a metal roof, vinyl siding, and a couple other things. From May to August a crew member had fallen through the roof they were working on and over the course of that time they had requested different amounts of payment from me to submit to insurance. In August, another tree had fell and they did all repairs for that and requested more payment from me to submit to insurance. They were estimated to be done in August then September but didnt get done til closer to October. This claim was approximately a little over $50,000.00. Sometime in 2023, we noticed water spots on the ceilings in our home, we didnt think anything of it til they got worse. March of 2024, I called my insurance, they said they could extend the initial claim and they would cover the repairs. I had the contractor come out look at everything. He then quoted me $42,000.00 for the repairs for the leakage because a portion of the roof would need replaced and support beams would need to be added. I then got a second opinion and was told the foundation of the metal roof was incorrect and would need replaced and few other things then quoted me between $15,000.00 and $20,000.00. Insurance decided to go after the original contractor since the have a 5 year warranty on their work however they ARE NOT honoring it. Instead they are refusing to do the work. Wont communicate with me or insurance. Now my insurance is saying I have to file a new claim and will only cover the water damage. I would need to take them to court which I dont have funds to do. I would like a refund on the full amount or atleast a portion or half the amount. This is not a good company or a company a person can rely on. They do not honor their warranties. They do not have good craftsmanship and they overprice and continue to ask for more money. I have two different claim numbers through my insurance I can give if requested.

The company was completing a Mother-in law suite. They completed the foundation, walls, & roof. They then asked for another large payment & disappeared immediately after that. Per other contractors, they disappeared with approximately $30,000 of our money. Their phones are disconnected and no one will return any emails.

    Hello,

We contracted to replace damaged building components.   We replaced the damaged building components on the outside of the building.  We met with *** ****** to secure payment through his company, we agreed the work was completed and prepared for the power company as the contract states.  They promised payment upon completion and that’s what they did, making the sales rep wait 2 hours and go through motions calling their “corporate office”. When payment was suppose to issued via check on site.   Obvious paid when complete, and obvious contract complete, *** ****** executed this contract and authorized the completion payment through his “company”.
