    On Saturday June 8, 2024. I went to Jamals WIRELESS LLC phone store and asked if he can fix my phone screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra. My phone scene went completely black after I got a small crack at the bottom of the screen. The young man working replied yes and stated the cost will be $342.00 but it comes with a phone screen. I agreed, and he said if will be a few hours. Left my phone with him. Picked it up and the next few days I noticed the S pen that came with my phone was NOT WORKING and my front camera was not the same quality as it was originally. I questioned him about he said he'll take a look and had my phone for an hour and said he fixed it. Got my phone back my front camera was still terrible and my S pen still do not work on my phone. I honestly believe he took the original front camera off my phone and replaced it with a lower quality lens. He keep saying he's waiting on parts and it's been 4 weeks. I just want my original front camera that comes with the SAMSUNG S23 ULTRA back on my phone and my S pen to work. If he is unable to fix it. Then I want a refund.
