    I used Cash App on 11/12/24 to make a purchase from Glass Gentry for $170. I was told by him that it would be mailed out after he got payment. I paid him & then he left town without shipping the item & without updating me. Telling me it would be delayed.

    I received the item on 12/13/24 a month after ordering. When it arrived it was broken so i contacted him & he told me to ship it back for repairs. He said he would repair it right away since he doesnt like broken pieces laying around the shop.

    I shipped it back to him on 12/18/24 & he received it a few days later. I messaged him on 12/28/24 wondering where my item was & he said he'd get to it when he can which is not what be originally told me on 12/13/24. Again i heard nothing from him so i followed up again on 1/7/25 & he said ya it has been awhile & he'll repair it & get it shipped out.

    On 1/10/25 I told him just to refund me since again I hadnt heard back from him again. I still didn’t have my money or what I paid for. He hasnt kept his word on anything I& no longer trust him or the quality of his work. He ignored my refund request on 1/10/25 and shipped back to me anyways. Then he proceed to tell me that I need to be patient when its been 2 months since I ordered from him and still didn’t have my refund or what I paid for.

    Then in 1/24/25 I opened the package from him only to find what looks like another crack or defect in the glass. I don’t want the product like I stated to him previously and have tried multiple times to get a refund directly from the seller and through Cash App will zero luck. I don't trust him or his craftsmanship after the nightmare of a transaction.
