    Substandard work in my opinion, requiring another electrician to finish the job properly. Actually received a warning to fix the meter from the Illuminating Company after an electrical panel was replaced, costing an extra $1000 but performed well and to my satisfaction by another electrician. Never provided receipts despite multiple requests.
