    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.



    I called the business on Friday about a missing wheel lug and drove the car to them on Friday and showed them the car. I told the owner the car is making a grinding noise he told me to come back Saturday morning. On the way home the noise from the car became worst and I drove it to NTB tire center. Where they noticed that the front driver caliper bolt was missing and needed to be replaced because the car was not safe to drive. When I went to Seven star muffler all I asked was that I was missing a bolt and had a damaged rotor. The owner didn’t care at all and offered me $20 and leave my shop. I showed him the video and receipts but seven star muffler didn’t care or acknowledge any fault and all this was done from their own negligence. Never demanded money just answers and a solution.

    Business states the customer did not call and advise of any issues with the work.  The business states the customer came in on Saturday requesting money, but they did not reach out to the business so they could address anything.  Business was not given the opportunity to address any issues.
