Had a very detailed meeting of the minds with 2 ladies in this office about my truck that they can’t deny. Parts were put on my truck that not only I did not ok, but that I specifically stated I did not want on my truck. The rebuttal was I signed a paper. There is a process to everything and I’m intellectual enough to know this, so I signed the paper while at the same time being very adamant about it. They knew this could be a problem yet nobody called me to tell me the insurance co was refusing. To be honest I don’t think they even tried. Either way, if they would have called me, as they were instructed to do, I would have refused the parts and got my truck back home and would have taken it up with the insurance co. Instead they went ahead and did the work, got paid, then told me basically I shouldn’t have signed the paper. They know in that office as well as I do that I clearly without a shadow of a doubt told them no after market parts on my truck. They couldn’t deny that when I picked my truck up either. Both ladies were standing there agreeing that this is what I stated I wanted done with MY PROPERTY. They know I told them that, and admitted I told them that, so why this was done to me and even more so why I was met with attitude about it is beyond me (other than the obvious) not to mention disgusting business practice. A simple phone call could’ve prevented this; however, they have been paid by the insurance company and I’m being told too bad. That’s not how this works. This is my truck. Not carstars. Not State Farm’s. I am and will find a resolution to this because this is far from okay. Thank you for your time.
