    I scheduled an appointment for an oil change 3 weeks in advance. The day I dropped off my car at 8 in the morning and came to pick it up at 5pm, my car was not done. I said I would wait. Then the manager came out and told me that I would just need to wait until Monday. I said I’ve had an appointment for 3 weeks and he said ok with no concern. Come to find out walk ins were receiving priority. I have been taking my cars there for over 5 years and the new manager is not customer friendly. My business there is done.

    I am sorry you had this experience at my shop...That day was particularly busy and we were down a technician but you definitely should have not have been asked to come back. I truly apologize and would like to offer to have you come back in for a oil change for free to make up for your inconvenience, Please give the shop a call and Heather will get you taken care of.
