    Excellent service! Rod, Cole & Dakota showed up on time, had ny new heating and cooling system installed by 4:30
    Rod walked me around showed me everything they did, made sure I was satisfied before taking my payment.
    They cleaned up after themselves, I would recommend them if you are looking for someone to get the job done right.

    I've been waiting for almost a week to have my furnace repaired and a day before the work is supposed to begin and before they even had the parts in to start the job they called me to tell me I needed to pay them up front before the job was even started. I told them I was spending cash and had the cash ready for them and I would pay them when they got here with the parts and then I was told that they would not do the job unless I paid up front in order for me to pay up front I needed to drive to their Fairborn office even though I don't drive due to a cancer diagnosis. So not only do I have to find another company to use but I'll have to pay another $100 to somebody to even look at the furnace because that's what deer charged me to come and look at my furnace just to order parts. This was totally a bad experience and a week before Christmas I'm sick with cancer and I have children in the house but this is the kind of company I chose to do my work, not again!!

    Due to the customer's aggressive comments when we gave him the cost of the repair, including cursing at and berating our employees, we were given the impression he would end up not paying us for the work if we performed it. We asked for payment upfront to ensure this would not happen, and said we could take a credit card over the phone. He refused and said he would only pay with cash. He then cursed out our employee yet again and hung up on him. We understand the frustration of having your heat go out before the holidays, but cursing at and berating our employees is not acceptable. We could have come up with a reasonable solution had the customer chosen not to curse at our employee and hang up on them.

    I only started cussing when I was told I had to pay up front. And when I asked why I had to pay up front the only answer I was given was I don't know I was just told to call you and tell you to pay up front sounded kind of fishy to me so I had ******* ******* *** ******* come to fix my furnace and to my surprise deer was charging twice as much money for my board then it really cost tried to tell me it cost $500 guess what it was $200 I got my whole furnace fixed for $450 and deer wanted me to pay them 860 plus the 95 I had to give them to come and look at my furnace. You guys were out to rip me off from the beginning.

    Josh and Brice were very professional and expedient in their work, they installed my Mini-Split in a timely fashion. So far the unit is meeting all expectations 5 star for them.

    Travis called before coming to our home and arrived within the specified time frame. He was courteous and professional and explained what was done and what was needed to complete the job. He then followed us to our Mom's home to complete the tune up service there. I am very pleased with his performance, and looking forward to working with him again.

    We just had a new furnace/AC system installed and we’re very happy with the process. Quality service, open and transparent as far as product options, and low pressure. Our tech, Rob, comfort specialist Jason, and installers John, Josh, and Andrew, were all great to work with. Definitely felt like the company is customer oriented, detailed, and focused on delivering a great product.
