    Paid at the front desk for a reservation I had. **** at the front desk charged my card $453 dollars. It declined because he put in something wrong, which he didn’t mention what and told me it’s fine did it again and the transaction went through. Then he said it said declined but I got the notification that it went through. He gave me the key and a few hours later stated that it still didn’t go through. It was July 4th so I thought okay maybe cause of the holiday. When I called to resolve the issue he then stated everyone payment went through but yours however due to their system and employee is why my payment went through and for whatever reason they cancel the payment and refunded my card but expected me to give the payment again and wait 7 days for the original payment to go through. I told them that was not okay and just like you guys want your money right away so do I. On top of that the room was DISGUSTING. Shower curtain had yellow stains room stunk and dirty. Had free breakfast and didn’t feel comfortable eating it with how dirty and smelly it is. Never come to this hotel EVER!
