    I contacted the UPS store #**** to pick up and ship my items won from Berners Auction in Feb 2023 (see invoice) However they only shipped two of the items I won lot #**** and #****. All the jewelry was missing. When I contacted CJ about my missing items alls he could say was the the Tracking number ****************** has been delivered (two items) and he would submit a claim for the missing items and get back to me about a refund for the $250 worth of jewelry that was missing/stolen and the $50 I paid for the service that was not provided. However this never happened, I called back myself and was just given more excuses. That's when I realized I have been scammed not only out of the money but the time I put into the auction and arrangements.

    Hello,

    This is correct, we did file a claim through UPS for the missing contents that the recipient claimed they did not received. The UPS claims department, after conducting their investigation, determined that the parcel was delivered with no evidence "of any physical loss or damage occurring during transportation by UPS." and denied the claim. I have attached the claim denial letter that stats the above information that was provided to the recipient. 

    I have contacted the claims department of UPS to see if they can reopen the investigation.

    I am rejecting this response because: I can prove the weight of the package and the weight of the two items I received. If UPS would like to investigate I am happy to provide a photograph of the two items on a scale to prove those were the only two items shipped and the other 13 items simply were not included in the box.

    Hello,

    I completely understand. That is why I contacted the UPS claims department to see if they will re-open the investigation. We are separate from the delivery company and do not decide if a claim is approved or denied. As soon as I hear back from the claims department. I will reach out to the recipient directly.
