    Woman is office is vile . My elderly parents live in an apt Zimmerman owns. They have had bed bugs for more than 2 years when I asked for them to exterminate my parents apartment they gave them a 30 day notice to leave instead. When I called the office back and asked why the lady said because she wanted to. Terrible woman

    This company had the funds for me to move in a property for 3 months nearly while I was homeless staying place to place and calling Zimmerman daily to see if they received the check . So after narrowing it down the Zimmerman did in fact cash the check and telling me they didn't receive it for months ! . They mishandle there funds refuse to come out and give access to my hot water heater . Now that it's cold my pipes froze and busted . my couch is ruined , my tv, my carpet is soaked . The ceiling is caving in all because she wouldn't light my water heater after the fact she said so rudly on the phone NOT TODAY TOMORROW!!! When tomorrow came she stated to me that I have to pay her contractor to light it when the gas company was already here to light it and the Zimmerman's keep it behind lock doors no access to it or my breaker box . Called them about the plugs not working because the breaker box . Now she came out or sent someone to do that part but wouldn't light my water heater in the same room as my breaker box . Now we have frozen and busted pipes and my stuff is ruined .. If I could rate this company a zero I would
