    On June 1, 2022, I paid KMR Driving School $192 for 2 hours of driving lessons for my nephew.

    The school never gave him a lesson.
    The school never called to schedule a lesson.
    The school did not give our money back when requested on August 18. More than 2.5 months later.
    My nephew had to leave for college, but they refused to give the money back or schedule a lesson.


    The owner, Kalena M R*******, is a liar and a fraud. She has ripped off many people in the past. Just look at the reviews on the Internet.

    Her niece works at the desk. When we stopped in mid-july to inquire about the lesson, her niece said, "we have been backed up, we will get in touch with you soon to schedule".

    They never got in touch with us.

    On August 18, Kalena lied and said "you didn't show". But her niece had said, "we never got in touch with you, your phone was busy".

    I feel bad for her niece. Her Auntie Kalena is a crook.

    Kalena R******* frequently steals from customers and never provides the lesson they pay for and never refunds the money. She always lies and falsely claim, "you didn't show for your appointment".

    But, the truth is, they don't call to schedule and don't give the lessons that are paid for.

    Many people have reviews of KMR on the Internet with the same complaints.


    We suggest everyone, file a complaint with the FTC for her fraudulent behavior.
    Charge-Back credit card transactions.
    Keep posting complaints about her on **** and ****** *********.

    I want my money back.

    The owner is currently in the hospital please allow her more time to respond to this message she’s been hospitalized due to Covid and diabetes she should be back next week or the following week she is going to definitely respond we have validation to respond to this complaint thank you for your understanding

    Good Evening, 


    KMR Driving School would like to respond to the negative and false allegations that has been submitted in reference to complaint no#*******.  To begin on a legal aspect of this the student is above the legal age of 18 yrs. old & per our attorney we should not be disclosing any information to the so-called Uncle/Dad.  When he registered, he stated he was his Dad then it went to Uncle so that is false information for start. **** registered for (2hrs) Private Behind the Wheel lessons on 6/1/22 @ 4:22pm (we have video/audio) evidence if needed to support our case on how demanding the Uncle/Dad has been towards myself (Kalena) and staff. He is upset because they missed both appointments that were scheduled for ****. Our office attempted numerous times to call (437)-900-7373 which he wrote on his registration paperwork plus our systems send automatic email reminders which was sent to his email [email protected] within 24hrs of each appointment (see attached policy) we keep a folder for each student along with a profile on each student in our computer system with running notes each time a student calls we all staff enters notes into the system  so all staff will be able to see when students call if we need updated info etc when he came into office, we confirmed all his information (phone number/emails) were correct? He confirmed "Yes". He became outrate that they missed the appointments.  I explained to him to we did attempt numerous times to call/email unable to contact him/student.  We explained our policy that it's a $35 NO Show fee which he missed both appointments even after giving them another opportunity to come to the rescheduled appointment after missing initial appointment.   We have this policy in place because we have so many students eager to start there BTW lessons and we could have put another student in his place.  Bottom line is he doesn't agree with our KMRDS policy & he is upset and demanding his money back which on all our paperwork it clearly states, "NO REFUNDS" and Receipts. (see agreement HE SIGNED) agreeing with ALL "TERMS" KMRDS doesn't appreciate all the threats made about bashing us on ******, ********, ETC once he begins with the threats, we no longer would like to engage doing business with disrespectful individuals.  We been in business 13yrs we rarely have dissatisfied customers. KMRDS try's our best to make all our customers satisfied if anyone ever has any concerns, we do our very best to resolve any matters if any customers our unhappy to make them happy.  As you see in his statements all he is doing is being very negative and bashing our business.  If he continues to do & write negative comments on ******, ********, etc. any social media we will contact our attorney to move forward with suit.
