Very unscientific approach, uses whatever he can say to make a sale. BIG smile, friendly demeanor. Ever been swindled? That's what this is. Checked around the Internet and there are many different places where a "review" is there that is positive, but creating an account still won't let you leave a review. So paid? All you have to do it this. Go someplace else. Or if you decide to go there (we were referred by our dentist, so we went in trusting the reference), watch what happens. Do they address your reason for coming, or try to tell you OTHER things you should do? Do they try to tell you your posture is bad due to your teeth? Do they go straight to a laminated picture of a V shaped mouth vs a U shaped mouth, and recommend many thousands of dollars of work, that your tongue doesn't have enough room, that you need mouthguards and more? Don't get me wrong, this guy is a master of showing off his knowledge of your anatomy, and pushing on places hard enough that anyone would feel pain, but saying your pain is proof that you need these things. Seriously, you will recognize this "script" if you go. Take that as confirmation, then get up and leave, then leave reviews on ****** and BBB and ***** and ****** and ************ so that other people not as smart as us aren't swindled. His nurse is part of the "show". It's a routine equipped with laminated cards they already know they will use, regardless of your condition. Neither the nurse nor Dr. D**** is objective, though he works hard to create the appearance of being thorough. BE SCKEPTICAL or be sorry. If you are careful, the worst you will lose is an hour of your life being sold things you don't want, and walking out with a story to tell. If you give them the $500 they want to start, well, read other people's reviews. Good luck. God bless.

RUN! Modern Day Semi-skilled snake-oil salesman
Real customer needing a real orthodontist
      1. Not in anyone’s insurance plan. Strike 1.
      2. Said I didn’t shake hands, so he put his hands IN MY 56 YEAR OLD HAIR AND MUSSED IT!
      3. Scripted. No interested in our concern. Nurse said she knew what the doc was going to recommend before he saw us. Strike 3, OUT ONE!
      3. Doc took pictures posture and stated posture was bad because of tooth alignment. Strike 1.
      4. Doc said tooth alignment could cure ADHD (a neurological disorder). Strike 2.
      5. Doc repeatedly failed to address the one thing we came for, teeth that no longer met evenly on left and right after crown work. Strike 3, OUT TWO!
      6. Doc and nurse wanted $500 to take X-rays before giving us any more info, when we brought digital and printed versions of 360 deg pan files. Strike 1.
      7. They wasted an hour like like a timeshare, all up-sell, never addressed the question we came for! Strike 2.
      8. If we weren’t willing to pay the $500 for what we DIDN’T want, they had no interest in us. Strike 3, THREE OUTS :-(
      RUN AWAY
