      I ordered a half-sibling diagnostic test on May 19, 2023. I paid $300. I was told that the test would give me a probability of whether or not we share the same father. The possible father is deceased. Both customer service reps told me it would either be a high percentage or a low percentage. The test came back as 50%. We sent in 3 different samples of 2 known and 1 possible siblings and were told only 2 siblings could be tested. The results recommended additional relatives to be tested. When I called to ask them to analyze further they said they could analyze an additional sibling and one of the sibling's mother for an additional $200. The rep said that was the best he could do, because the test is usually another $300 and he gave me $100 off. We did everything we were asked to do and still have to pay in total $500 for results that may still come back inconclusive. This is a scam! I want results and I shouldn't have to pay them to do the job they should've done in the first place.

      I purchased this kit twice for $30,tested all my family twice now first time i took the test paid $200 it was a issue.I was told to retake the test for an additional $200.Now its another issue with the test.I call i get terrible customer service and poor explanation on the issue that are occuring.

      We did speak to the customer and were able to confirm that we did not ask for any additional testing fees.  DDC requested for additional samples for additional parties to be tested.  A kit was shipped for the additional party without any additional fees.  We believe this matter has been resolved.

      ON FEBUARY 19 2023 I PURCHASE A HOME DNA ANCESTRY TEST FROM ********* IN ********** **. I TRIED TO REGISTER THE TEST ONLINE PER THE DIRECTIONS. EACH TIME I WAS INFORMED THAT THE BAR CODE WAS INCORRECT. (BAR CODE# 4438-CWQW-8262) I REACHOUT SEVERAL TIMES TO DNA Diagnostics CENTER AT ###-###-#### SPOKE WITH SOMEONE NAME STEPHANIE EACH TIME WHO INFORMED ME THAT SHE WOULD CONTACT THE IT DEPT. AND AND THEY WILL ENTER THE IN THE COMPUTER AND THAT SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME.NEVER HAPPEN. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO REGISTER MY TEST AND GET MY RESULTS.

      I was given an exact date and time for my results, and I of course I didn’t receive them. I think it’s unprofessional, because I never received anything telling me otherwise. I drove 60 miles to open the results with the other party only to not get anything. I am really upset.

      I don’t agree with the response. It was insinuated that I was confused with the time and date of results. I was not confused, I was blatantly told a specific time and date twice. Then I was told that “the calls didn’t show where they told me a time and date”.. again, accusing me of lying. When in actuality they told me wrong and don’t want to admit to it. Dissatisfied!

      Return money paid. Contacted DDC RARLY Jan 2023, For DNA TESTING. Spoke w/ a ******* at **** *** **** ******. He stated the test was 99%accurate.and I would get results w/I 10 days. I sent my samples in the envelope sent me. No reply w/I 10 days. I contacted this ******* who said they received a negative o. The DNA Test and stated he would sent it to another lab and I should sometihing 10 days. After 2 weeks I AGAIN had to contact.******* who stard he forgot about me as he had been busy. Now I’m in alert stage. I asked how that could happen. He said he would send the samples this date 2-21-23. I informed him he told me previously that he had sent the samples to the second lab. He said that was an error. He lied to me! He stated he didn’t lie. II asked about his sending the second dna samples. He said now he can’t send these samples either. I asked him why he keeps lieing! He stated the previous statements were in error. I requested my money back, he said the accountant “*****”. (If such a person existes) will call me in an hour. This didn’t transpire nor could I contact anyone e in the company again. Apparently my phone number had been blocked. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

      The phone number and contacts listed are not DDC contacts.  DDC does partner with other businesses to perform DNA testing, but all communication for the arrangement of services is directly between the business and the customer.  In these circumstances, DDC is typically referred to as the lab performing the analysis.  The customer should reach out to the business that arranged for the testing for resolution.

      I'm now 19 weeks pregnant and back at the end of October my partner and I had the non invasive DNA test done. After a week we got the results back and it was 0%. I know for a FACT that he was the only person that I had slept with. The lady in the lab wasn't wearing gloves and she barely swabbed the inside of his cheeks. I have contacted DDC several times about at least a redo of the rest (not even a refund). & keep getting the run around. This is messing with someone's livelihood and I can't even enjoy being pregnant because DDC made a mistake.

      They are scammers!!!!! They lied that I will get the gender of the baby in my results along with the paternity results but when I got it it said the gender was undetermined. I called them and they were lying and being so rude about it especially one of the managers her name starts with D, I can’t remember her name. She was so rude and was saying why am I complaining when I wasn’t the one that paid but my partner did and she was talking over me not letting me speak. I am complaining because I was scammed. They never mentioned that the gender was not a guarantee before we paid but only said this after we made full payment of $1,600. You don’t lie and do these things to pregnant women that are vulnerable. They are fraudsters using the gender identification for bait to get customers to pay when others are offering $900 for the test. I need a resolution and pls be warned about DDC. They are SCAMMERS!!!!!

      DDC provides a non-invasive prenatal paternity test that establishes paternity while pregnant.  This DDC Certainty Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity Test is the most accurate test available and also accredited by the ****.  DDC also offers a free gender test along with the Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity Test.  Unfortunately, there are times when the non-invasive prenatal gender is underdetermined and cannot be provided with the report.  The most common reasons for this failure are low levels of circulating fetal DNA in the sample.  The non-invasive prenatal gender test is a separate algorithm from the paternity test.  The gender algorithm is very sensitive and requires a higher percentage of circulating DNA than the paternity algorithm.  The gender test is used for quality assurance and is not directly part of the paternity evaluation.  If the gender test passes the quality metrics, DDC provides this information to clients at no charge when requested.  We would like to reach out to the client directly.

      I chose this company for DNA Diagnosis and made a payment of $524.00 since 12/1/2020 , invoice and other document attached. After collecting sample through their agent : *** **** **** at **** ******** ******** ***** **** ********** ** ****. I never heard from the again, no result was sent nor DNA diagnosis done. I have called the several time to refund my money but to no avail. This is why I am requesting your office to help me recover my money since the fail to execute their job paid for.

      We have attempted communication twice since receiving this complaint.  This case is set for a DNA sample collection to occur at an overseas embassy that is not accepting kits at this time time due to backlogs during the Covid-19 closures at the embassy.  DDC does monitor each embassy and will ship the kit upon notification that they are fully opened and accepting all kits.  We would like to speak to our customer directly and will continue to reach out to discuss case specifics.

      This DNA Homepaternity kit instructions stated results guaranteed within 2 days. I've been waiting over 30 days. I've called and their phone rings out and no voice message attached.. Requesting for test results. If they cannot comply with result, requesting a refund.. this matter is greatly important and it has been exactly 30days over due.

      We do apologize for the delay and also for not being able to get through to our team.  The result updates were communicated via text per the request of the customer.  The alert was sent on 7/14/22 when results were completed.  That had a link that allows access to a secure log in to view the results report.  When we investigated this concern, we updated to send to the email on file and sent the update again with the link.  The link and alert email were sent on 8/9/22.  If the link did not come through on 8/9/22, please contact us at ###-###-####.

      It was a DNA Test done through court for myself and my child I was told the child wasn’t mine Via Phone with no test results . Then later sent the result 2 months later via Mail
