    The business came out on or around 7/29/2022 and installed an anti-slip coating to the
    garage floor which has a lifetime guarantee. In the spring of 2024, it began flaking. I then
    notified the business by phone and let them know this. They called back and asked for
    photos, which I sent via text message ***achments. I never heard back from the business
    to address the issue with flaking of the coating. I am seeking contact by the business so
    that they can honor the lifetime guarantee and repair the coating. M*** reached back out
    on 6/10/2024 via text asking questions about the issue. I reached out several times
    throughout the summer and fall of 2024 and have yet to hear back from them. Each time I
    called the business I was told they would pass the message on to M***, but still no contact
    from him.

    Epoxy and polyaspartic floor installed on top of existing concrete garage floor slab. Floor was not prepped correctly leaving raised areas on concrete slab. Coating, which includes a layer of paint chips, is cracking and popping up off the floor. The floor has a lifetime warranty. I have contacted company 4-5 times since June 18 and received no response. Last time we had to call them for a repair, the same thing happened. We only received a call back when we asked for an estimate for new work, which we did not choose the have them do. I want the business to call me back, schedule a time to come out and look at the floor. I want them to repair the floor by prepping the floor the right way and then redo the coating in those areas. I want them to provide me the original paperwork I should have received when they did the floor the first time.
