Tyler arrived on time, within 24 hours of our call for help. Our AC had been failing. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue (overheating). Sadly, our aging AC unit needed to be replaced. Tyler setup an appt. and Roy was at our house the next day to go over our options. Roy was very thorough and listed to our requests. Our new unit will be installed within a few days. They also brought a portable AC unit for us to use during the wait so that we would be comfortable. Both Tyler and Ray were very personable and professional. I am "very" satisfied with my first interaction with Hill-Air and their technician (Tyler). I signed up for the Primary Preventive Service Plan. I really like the level of detail Tyler with through to inspect my HVAC equipment. Tyler is very pleasant to speak with and easy to feel comfortable in my home. My last service was done by Tyler. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Hill-Air has always been dependable and done great work for me. Kyle came to my house Saturday, 24th of June. He is very knowledgeable about Carrier A/C. After a thorough inspection, he carefully explained the possible problems to me. When he left, it was running again; but he made sure to let me know that if another problem appeared, to call him. Very personable young man.Hill Air Heating & Air Conditioning

I have been using Hill-Air for several years now. They always arrive within the time they say they will be there and are very honest and efficient. Hill Air came out promptly to address a problem we had with our furnace fan. The problem was resolved quickly. Tyler, the repairman, showed me the defective part that was causing the noise.
