Quick service response to a problem with heating to the right temperature. The technician was helpful over the phone with a temporary solution and were were able to schedule an appointment for someone to come out the same day at 1 PM. The on-site technician quickly diagnosed the problem with the thermostat and determined it was under warranty. He had someone drive a replacement to our home and we were up and running by 3 PM

My Carrier Furnace/AC was installed in Nov 2020. There was an intermittent issue with vibration and noise when heating and cooling (Winter and Summer). The problem was that I couldn't get it to replicate that issue when a Service Tech was on site. This December, I again pushed for a resolution and Chris of Hill-Air service was very responsive and made multiple attempts to replicate the issue also. I am very thankful that Hill-Air has decided to replace the suspected problem (the Motor/Fly Wheel assembly).
Hill-Air Service has stayed with my problem through out the time and I really appreciate the attention and time Chris has spent trying to resolve my issue.Hill Air Heating & Air Conditioning

Our furnace heat exchanger needed to be replaced. They quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled the replacement service promptly. They explained the issue and the process clearly in understandable language. They were punctual on their arrival and accurate on their projected duration. Chris came by due to an issue I was experiencing with my furnace blower fan. He was on-time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Chris found the issue within a very short time and had it resolved immediately. In this day and age where honesty and truth seem to have taken a leave of absence, Chris did not try to take advantage of the situation. He was up-front and truthful and I really appreciate the great service, attitude, honesty and professionalism. I certainly recommend Hill-Air. Hill-Air replaced my heat pump and air handler about a year and a half ago. I've dealt with several different HVAC companies in the past and Hill-Air is the best by far in my opinion. A very trustworthy company. The technician that did my fall maintenance was Chris. He did an outstanding job, is very conscientious and thorough. Highly recommend.Hill Air Heating & Air Conditioning

We had them replace our a/c and furnace about 3 years ago. Installation was quick and they answered any questions we had. We are currently on their maintenance program and they are always at the beginning of the time window that we are given.
