    They were contracted to install a new roof. After completion there were a few issues that needed to be corrected and I bought them to their job foremans attention. When they sent someone out for the repairs they made it worse. Now I have a huge hole all alone the side of my house. I have called their office several times and they will not even return my calls. Just want the job done correctly.

    We purchased new windows from Allgood that includes a lifetime warranty. One of the windows cracked and we have been dealing with this issue for 2 years now. Always some kind of excuses. They've sent people out 5 times to measure windows that they should have the size on file already. 4 times the wrong measurements and the last time they sent out one of the original installers. It has now been another 8 months and we still don't have the windows fixed we've called often only to get another excuse after excuses, the one who's handling this is not in the office and they'll call you or I don't have any information on that, I'll get someone to call you . I should have reported them a long time ago but have been giving them a chance to make it right but it seems like it's never going to happen So I am filing this complaint to you to find out what my husband ******* ******* and I can do

    All GOOD remodeled my bathroom years ago and I noticed that it needed to be re-caulked. My shelf was loose and the caulk was cracking.. I called and they told me they had to order the caulk. Ashley said the color was Sandstone Beige that was used on my shower.. I waited another 10 days call back again and they told me they had tried to call me and so we set up an appointment. They sent a guy out when the guy arrived. He did not have the caulk he went out and bought some caulk that was brown and now my shower looks like a disaster. It’s bulky very unprofessional work and the wrong color . I tried to call TODAY left a message. Alex said the manager would call me back. I have not received a call..

    There was a complaint with this same company, All Goods Home Improvements concerning my siding that they put on my home in January 2018. The complaint is how they did not put the siding on my home correctly and the only way I found out that it was not put on correctly, I had a roof replaced on my home in July 2022 and when one of the roofers damaged on of the pieces which they had to remove to replace it, that is when I found out come that they did not used the wrapping material which is needed underneath the siding. It was told to me by a reputable source that this job was done incorrectly. They took pictures to show me that this was not done the right way. They laid the siding on top of insult brick that was damaged and the large side of my home, the siding is lifting and has a wave patterning to it. I have air coming through my sockets in the inside of my home. I had talk to Mr. Ed G**** who is the owner of the company in 2018 and he gave me some outlandish responds of why the siding looks like that. Now, insult to injury, they never put a medal pieces at the basis of the wall they applied the siding to and I have ground hogs getting into my walls from that entry point of the job not done correctly. I called several times to no avail and then on 10/18/2022 and I got someone on the phone and they transferred me to a person named Ashley, I explained to her why I was calling and I shared with her that I have a labor war****y which extended for 10 years of service. She stated to me that they are now closed and they do not do service in my area anymore. I am so upset, because this company stands on nothing, integrity, ethnic standard at the cost of the customer who trusted them. Me and my family should not be out of $21.000.00 at the cost of a botched up job. It's time for accountability, fix it or refund my money so someone else can do the job right. My home does not look like what I paid for. I need help in the worse way.

    Allgood Home Improvements installed the siding according to the contract. The warranty on the work completed of the siding is only a 5 year on the labor.  We did reach out to **** ******* who would not cooperate and hung up on Mr. G****.  We are no longer conducting business in **********.

    Paid 14000.00 for 8 new windows..They are guaranteed for life. Two windows have gone bad. Started contacting allgood this past May and four more times since then. We’re told they would order both with windows and replace them but never contacted us. Called again and was told they can’t find anyone to do the work and also they never knew anything about us. Every time we call there is always an excuse and told they will fix the problem. They were quick to take our money but now don’t want to own up to the guarantee. Found the salesman’s number and called him but he told us he had to quit because they were not paying him. I can’t understand how they have an A plus rating from you. Hopefully you can help us resolve this.

    They are giving you that same lip service they have been giving me for 8 months. They always say the same thing. The windows are ordered and will replace them when they arrive.  This story never changes and is told over and over again just so you leave them alone.  The bottom line is my windows have not been replaced and they should not receive a good rating until they are.  Any company can say they are going to fix the problem but the proof is in the pudding.  Like I keep saying they are trying to lie to the BBB just as they have been lying to me. They told us the windows were ordered in July and would be installed in August and now they are saying the same story in December. Please do not allow this company to get away with this.

    On December 10th, 2016, we signed a contract with Allgood home improvements for our windows. our portion of the contract is had to see. there is a lifetime warranty as you can see in the pics. in the fall in 2021 we had made a call to them for 1 window with a cracked frame, multiple windows leaking water through the frames not the windowpanes or between. You can see in the pictures that the water is coming out of the fusion joints in the window frame. The 1 bigger picture window is deglazing in spots as pictured, the other is fogging up in between the panes which is a bad seal and now has spots inside the window. I have made multiple calls and they state they would get back to me, never getting back to me. spring of 2022 I called and asked to talk to a manager she claimed she couldn't find our paperwork and would call me back, never did. I called back a few weeks later asked to talk to the manager, telling her what has happened she had our paperwork and claimed they are not doing work in the ********** area anymore and said she would try and get someone out here by the end of July. We have heard nothing from the since my last phone call.

    We can order the glass with seal failure and the cracked master frame to resolve these issues.  As far as the water coming into the home.  That would be due to clogged weep holes. They window tracks and weep holes will need to be cleaned to keep this from happening.  This is just maintenance on the product. We are no longer in business in **********.  We will contact the customer to confirm the parts needed.  Once in they will be contacted to have them taken care of.
