I purchased my second wig from them in December 2023. This one was made from human hair. I was hoping my insurance would cover some of it, which they did not. I didn’t start wearing it until May 2024 when my old one was finally wearing out. When I purchased this one I asked about washing it and was given the same printed sheet as for the synthetic wig. When I washed it it was a mess. When I was able to speak with someone I was then told I needed to dry and style it. So I just wetted it down and tried to make it presentable. At least it was wearable at this point. When I called and spoke with someone again, I was told it was “common sense” about how to take care of it and that most women buy human hair so they can color it and style it. I explained that was not the reason I purchased this one. It was because I liked it better than the others as far as the style and color. I also mentioned that the cap in the scalp is already coming apart. I was told there was nothing she could do. I told her they should explain this to customers before they purchase a product not after the fact. I then told her to delete my information from their system and not contact me again because I would never buy another product from them.
