  Service was horrible! Had my floor cleaner for nearly 3 months and when I called, I was told he was working on it. Had a minor confrontation with the owner over the phone and he was very rude and argumentative. He said it would take about 2 more weeks for the part to come in and then fixed. That was over a month ago. The only time I heard anything about my cleaner is when I called. I finally called and said I wanted it back and I would be there that evening for it and when I arrived, he was "working on it and it was in pieces". Would not give it to me unless I paid him $50 dollars, whether together or in pieces. Argued with me about the amount of time he had it and was loud, disrespectful and aggressive. I just wanted my floor cleaner back and he would not give it back. Said he had "a lot of time invested in it". He literally just took it apart, after 3 months only because I said I would pick it up today. I don’t even believe him as I never saw it in pieces. Just another ** excuse to keep it and it is NOT his to keep. Now he gets to fix it up and sell it for money that is not his. I would not recommend this place as there are other places more friendly and respectful. Bad business all the way around!!?

  The man who owns this shop went off on me without even looking at the part I took in. He told me how stupid people like myself don't listen and take care of their machines and expects him to work for free. He said he doesn't make any money and has not had a paycheck in a long time. All of this while he was working on another man's vacuum. He said how this man just lost his wife, and I should be nice like him. I said well, I'm sorry, I lost my husband too. He then said, Good, at least he doesn't have to put up with you. I thought I was on a candid camera show. He then proceeds to tell me to get out of the shop and never come back and don't bring in any of my friends as well. He said I was rude. I ask the man who was standing there if I had been rude and he said no. Turns out this man was a "manager" . He told me to bring in the shampooer tomorrow with proof of it being under warranty. I went home and called ******* and told them about this fiasco. They are sending me a new machine so I don't have to ever go back in there. When I left the shop, I actually felt sad. There has to be something seriously wrong with this man mentally. You don't say things like that to customers who are just standing there waiting to be helped. I'm afraid he's going to say something like what he said to me to the wrong person, and in this day and age, he'll get shot. I would give zero stars but that wasn't a choice.
