  Attorney ****** ********* is unprofessional and not right in his practice of law. He wasted my time and tried to blame me for accidents that happen from other people. He sent to emails for claims. He added all my claims together. When they happened on different days. Two hit my car and one accident I was in a Lift car when it was hit. He was very rude to me when he first spoke to me.He stated that I was in three accident. Like I planned them all. He said they did not get paid and for the medical bills. I can just disregard them because they cannot come after me to pay them. He told me from day one that they were going to put the first case on the second case. I answered the first case the man hit me. A White person and the second one African American. The last accident was an African American.Then he told the Rehab facility that they were putting the cases all on the first accident case. How???From the start he was trying to get me to not seek any claims toward the first case. Overlooking that it was two police reports filed on the first case. This man also ran up to my car at nighttime and left the scene to go deliver food. He also was driving his father car which stated ******** on the police report but another name was presented to fix my car. Do not know where this ***************** came from.This lawyer has not been truthful or honest throughout this process. When I asked to talk to someone over him. He yelled there is nobody over me to talk too. I told him everybody has a boss.

  I had an auto accident in December 2022, contacted KNR January 2023 and retained them as my attorneys. Everything was going great for the first couple of months. Then there were a slew of different attorneys or paralegals every other month. All of a sudden my case became dormant and know one would respond to a phone call or text message. This went one for several months. I finally spoke to someone in May 2024 and they said that my personal medical insurance had put a lien on the money that I was supposed to receive that was the hold up. But why didnt they return a call. I have literally called every other month there after leaving messages as well as sending text messes for someone to call me back, only to hear that my case managers are not available. Today I sent a text message asking how do I remove them as my attorney on record. I just cant deal with them anymore. They are a scammers and I bet they got paid.

  2 months were wasted after being told I was not wasting my time at all. I was told by the lawyer assigned that he believed in my claim. The second the insurance denied the claim, he dropped me. And he did absolutely nothing to help me.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with Kisling Nestico & Redick the company I’ve dealt with. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism and their communication was abysmal, failing to represent me properly or communicate effectively. Their customer service was non-existent; no one contacted me directly or kept me informed about my case , causing immense frustration resulting in a negative review . My experience with this particular organization has been exceedingly unpleasant from start to finish due to poor management displaying an utter absence of expertise while dealing with clientele. I can't stress enough how dissatisfied I am with the service provided by this company. They have failed to deliver on their promise of providing professional legal representation, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking such services. My experience with this company was not satisfactory, particularly due to the representation I received from ********* *********. Her conduct was unbecoming of an experienced professional and hindered effective dialogue.

  Worst law firm. Rude. Disrespectful. Dishonest. Will not communicate, they obviously get kick backs from Chiropractors, if you call them they are rude & disrespectful to you. If you fire them they will put a lein on you! Refuse to prove what services they provided for the fees they charge. Refuse to communicate about fees & etc they want to charge you. 1.5 years of waiting for absolutely nothing. Ive done more work myself than they have on the case. Would never recommend them.

  They kept me in the dark most of the way. After settling my case they drug their feet at my expense. Its been over 3 weeks since settling still I have not been paid. KNR received my settlement checks deposited in their account. Now I have to wait 5 more business days for a check we all know clears overnight. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
