    ******** ***** WORKS FOR THIS BUSINESS , she is very rude to all patients especially me she informed me I was not allowed back in that business. They Omie money and I contacted her several times trying to get a refund for a surgery that I had. I’m sorry that I didn’t have because they could not scope me they could not put me to sleep they use the wrong instruments, I would never send my pet rat to that location then she tried to charge me 20% because I would not go back to that doctor and have surgery done and I said that’s not gonna happen. I will never go back there and have surgery done but I was interested in the weight loss program they have , she’s been very rude to me ever since my surgery date May 23, 2023 I tried to kill her with kindness and that did not work. I didn’t make a complaint with the office. I need my money back a full refund and I want apology. It wasn’t my fault I did nothing wrong more people need to be aware of ******** ***** patient coordinator. She must work at the mission. I am disabled and I do not appreciate being treated in that matter telling me I’ll get my money back. Whatever she feels like give me my money back that calls me great grief I don’t need all these problems. I’m still waiting on a full refund from that location in the amount of over $12,000 how dare ******** tell me I’m not allowed back in that building I didn’t have a problem with anybody else but her can you please help me. Thank you.
