      I scheduled to have my home "deep cleaned" on March 14, 2025. I was charged for a 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath with basement and 5 window cleanings. However, the cleaner did not clean the 1/2 bath or basement. I am still awaiting a refund. The amount of charged was $241.68.

      I have requested a refund multiple times. I received an additional invoice that was for a higher amount but stated services rendered for a "move in/move out" service. This was never the case. When I spoke to Ang, she stated that their billing system was experiencing issues and she would resolve as soon as possible. However, I have contacted them several time since and am being told the system is not up. I find this hard to believe that a business would have their billing system down for 2 weeks. I feel that I am being given the run around.

      All I want is my money that was paid for services never rendered.

      contracted for services of house cleaning and scheduled for Memorial day. Tried to verify service for that day in advance without response from company. Cleaning staff did not show up on time and company contacted me to say they couldn't reach scheduled staff. I cancelled appointment and did not reschedule. I was told there would be no charges. Now I have been billed $150 for a cancellation fee. I contacted the company by phone on Tuesday 6/20 and still have not heard from them. I desire this charge to be reversed/ cancelled.
