    I work for this company 6 months before I quit. Reasoning: I started as a cleaner at 13/hr, moved up to supervisor quick(16/hr). Started off reporting hours, filling in when people called off, and relaying info to my crew on things needing fixed(emailed from contract). Then the "boss" of the company/owner had a couple surgeries to get through so I stepped up. Kept doing all that on top of doing the company's laundry WEEKLY, and spending my own money to do it for her to reimbursed on payday. Which she always did. Note that. But also took on working doubles for 2 weeks straight bc our nights shift up and quit and she didn't hire anyone until 2 weeks later. On top of taking on hiring people bc she couldn't and training the new hires. So I went from supervisor status to management and she refused to give a pay raise for the extra work. When I finally had enough after telling her repeatedly it was too much, I quit. And she attempted bribing the other girl to stay for a pay raise but refused to give a raise to the third and last girl on first who was there 2nd longest to me. I also would like to add that I wasn't a typical cleaner, my job for the contract was totally different. I ran a forklift and bailers, collecting recycling and loading trailers, amongst alot if other little this. She is a user and abuser and under pays. Gets you in the door on hopes of moving up but doesnt fall through, and this is in regards to my cleaners I had whom I couldn't get her to even take them up a dollar raise. But had the audacity to pull up on payday (5 months into contract) in a brand new truck bragging. She puts on a good front to get you in but doesn't know how to treat her employees nor how to properly run a contract...?????? anyways, I hope this helps someone from falling for this employer. She's a joke. Maybe look into how she runs her business ?????
