    This is a business I have been loyal to for over a decade. I order the exact same thing several times a day which is a large hot orange tea with seven sugar. Since the new owners have taken over it's rare my order is correct. After bringing this up multiple times I finally spoke with the owner who brushed me off. This has caused some aggravation. I have continued to give this place opportunities and they continue to make incorrect orders and the owner continues to blow me off. I have contacted the corporate office who had advised me they would take care of his situation, they have not done so. I have once again contacted them today. It is January 16th, I went through the drive-thru around 10:30 a.m. when they handed me my tea the lid burst off as it was not completely on the tea. The burning tea went all over my hands and my vehicle. I admittedly was very upset and asked what they were going to do, they threw a towel at me and stared. I went inside where the owner met me and would not even hear me, he instead advised I'm the only problem he has and told me he refused to serve me and kicked me out. This is after I was burned. He did not refund my money but did make a new drink and advised he would call the police on me. Let me reiterate I was burned and this was not my fault rather it was the fault of the employees not putting a lid on correctly, on a burning hot drink. I cannot get to corporate office to do anything about this owner. Employees at the same location have advised me of his poor human ethics. I would like the store to be further investigated as the corporate office does not seem to care, employees are aware of this, as well as the new owner hiring friends of his for lower pay and refusing to give long-term employees pay raises. Several things need investigated and I feel you would do a better job than the actual corporation. Please help.

    The business reports this consumer is always complaining about the service and he is rude to the employees. The restaurant agrees that have had a high rate of employee turnover since the new management took over but it's settling down now. Consumer is disrespectful of the crew and management has decided not to serve this consumer any longer.
