      I purchased a Whirlpool washer on 07/10/23 and used the washer about 3 times and I called **** and told him that the washer was making loud noises and he said to me washing machine makes noises and I told him they don’t make noises like this I let him here it and so he call ******* ****** and they came out and the guy said he had fixed the problem but he didn’t fix it he said it was off line. So the problem never stopped And they sent a 2 guy out here he said he put another part on the machine and I tried to use the washer and so the washer became worse so I called **** once again and he said he was going to get in touch with Whirlpool and they would bring me another washer out but he lied and he sent another guy out from ******* ****** and he said he repaired the washer but the washer was not I said to the guy are you sure it’s fixed and he said yes but it wasn’t.So I call the manager ***** and he said don’t worry I would contact Whirlpool and get a replacement and once again they lied and when I called ***** back he told me warranty was expired and he said he had called ******* ****** but that wasn’t true l whirlpool and the lady I spoke with she was the one called them because she said my warranty was still good and she set up the appt for ******* ****** to come back out. Because she my warranty doesn’t kick in until it end with ABC Warehouse. I feel they have taken advantage of me I also told them I'm handicap I cannot be going to the laundromat because I am paralyzed on the right side.

      We apologize for the service issues Ms. ******* has experienced with her washer. We had been working with our Whirlpool representative to resolve the matter. An exchange has been authorized. Ms. ******* is scheduled to visit our Grand Rapids location this weekend to select a new unit. She was happy with the resolution.
      We apologize for the inconvenience our customer has been caused.

      I bought a car stereo right after xmas didn't need it went back for refund they said it would be issued in 2 days. Its been 12 I've called back 3 times and been lied too about it even being processed.

      I agree in some ways but figured you can't always get places to be honest.  It will help repair damages I believe they did cause.

      Our General Sales Manager, ***, contacted Ms. **** regarding her floor.  Again, he explained that the Cartage Company has denied damaging the floor.  In an effort to maintain good customer relations, we have agreed to send her a check for $250.  The check will be mailed from our corporate office.  She was satisfied with this resolution.

      We apologize for the inconvenience our customer has been caused.

      The Cartage Company has been deeply involved in this matter. They have communicated every interaction with Ms. **** to our General Sales Manager, ***. Upon delivery, the customer's old appliances were not disconnected; therefore, they could not set the new appliances in place. The customer said to leave the appliances and she would take it from there. A few days later, they were contacted about the scratched floor. The delivery representative, along with a licensed builder, inspected the floor. The scratch was not where the appliances were left. Unfortunately, the floor must have been scratched after the delivery company left the home.

      I am rejecting this response because: 1) not true my appliances were in my kitchen appliances were in my garage when the new ones were delivered

      2) I have a call log showing I called same day before I moved anything.  

      3) i still have not heard back from anyone after someone came to look at the floors.

      4) even if any additional damage was done the flooring was in need of replacement because of this delivery damage.

      simply put this is a lie and if these appliances were placed in front of my old ones it would be impossible to remove the old ones. Again i called same day and i will provide pictures to the email as i was told i could do it that way. But would be nice to have a reason told to me or a call or an email. I would not have filed another complaint if this company was deeply invested in this issue.
