    We purchased and had this company install flooring in our home. The flooring and installation was said to have a lifetime warranty. We have had several issues with flooring. We have made attempts by phone and in person to get these issues resolved. We have given them months/years to do something with no luck. We feel we have been scammed and want our money back.

    This company damaged walls and base boards, failed to complete work, and did not fulfill their contract. Over months of trying to get a response from the owner he did finally agree to repair the work though failed to appear on the scheduled day. After another 4 weeks of failing to respond he offered to replace the baseboards once again agreeing to drop off a sample of the replacement baseboard which on no way matched the existing trim therefore we did not agree and since that date have failed to receive a response from the owner . We would like a refund in order to pay to have the damages corrected and trim replaced properly to restore the home to the original condition prior to the company working inside our home. I have included several pictures that detail some of the damages.
