    I noticed a **************** 385THEWS. When I Saw the add I had to have it! I traveled a very long way and found it to be as advertised and more! I purchased it two days ago and the business and employees were exceptionally kind and supportive!! I was so impressed I did NOT haggle over the price!?? I thought I was cheating him!?? was served by the owner himself and still overjoyed with how he took his time, avoided any of my test attempts to pretend to ignore, or just agree was met with hold on let me explain all of this so we can point out and address important information so that you will feel both informed and secure while out on your own. That was my character test. My real and only regret was that there were so many nice Trucks, new and used rvs and motor homes that I could only get my one before they all go!????????? So far I am still in shock! He knew how far I was traveling, and I thought it would be a bait and switch scene but I am speechless! I was there early so I visited local stores, and convenience stores and asked how to find the dealership, and their thoughts. EVERY *** OF THE FOUR BUSINESSES HAD NOTHING BUT KIND WORDS! *** *** took me into the service area and wow! Feel comfortable with his used if not more than used! They break them down!?? Weather cash or finance they got you treat you great! Get in there before they go! I was there before 7:00 am, *** (Owner) at 7:30 am. They hide NOTHING and as previously stated forces you to pay attention to detailed product knowledge, and insist you actively try every button and switch. I have found my forever store! I will also give an update on the fifth wheel rv. Thanks Jimmay for the celebrity treatment, and the whole office making me feel like family instead of a customer or cash cow. I dont like to feel sold, and you all made me feel like you care. Thank the service department for their warm and informative interactions!

    Very bad customer service. Brought a motorhome from this business in November. Was told to bring it back o. December 3 so they can replace the the driverside and passagerside front windows. Which was good to me, but it didn't happen like that with the company. There was no contact with me about my my motorhome. I had to call them at least twice a week to find out the status. In the mean time they give me 30 day warranty which expire while it was sitting there at there shop. I had to find out that they couldn't get the glass from the another vendor. I had been going there for 3 years to find the right motorhome. They don't have no respect for black people. The owner would even speak to me or my wife. Let alone I'm am a retired Army with 21 years. I could of took my business somewhere else, but I wanted to support my area business. The do alone of staging with their motorhomes. What you see when you get ready to buy, is not what you get when you purchase it. The motorhome home had all new furniture in it, but when we pick it up dinette bench seats were changed out. My wife noticed right away as soon as she got inside it. I'm just letting people know take picture before you sign that contract before you get the banna in the tail pipe. I will never go there again. It's a little thing called customer service. That means keep your customers informed on what's going with their motorhome. Not sell and said it's your now. Spend your money where you know you will like family 10 years down the road. Good luck ??!

    BUYER BEWARE !!!!! LIERS!!!! DISHONEST!!!!!! Put a down payment on Sept. 28, 2022 we were supposed to pick it up on Oct. 6,2022. But when did we get it? Oct. 11, 2022. With "Thomas May". They were to install a TV in front, repair awning, replace rotten wood underlayment in bedroom . Check to make sure the roof has no leaks, and caulk were needed. Service the unit. Make sure the leveling jacks work. Clean the unit.
    Rented a car to drive there .Called Thomas on Oct.12, in the AM. He told me it would not be ready on Thursday. He did not call me to inform me. I had to cancel the car. THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW! Calls me back around 1:00PM, to tell me it would be ready Friday after 2:00PM. I could not get another car until Tuesday, told Thomas we will be there Tuesday at 9:00 AM. He said fine it will be inside cleaned and ready to go. We get there and there are still cleaning (if that's what you call it)
    Started to show us coach. Someone had taken the Audio/Video System that we had seen when we test drove. The system they replaced it with is less then $20.00 on Amazon. Which I NEVER AUTHORIZED for this to be replaced. Front TV was replaced , vinyl plank flooring in bedroom and through out the coach. Leveling jacks would not work! They worked on them while we finished paper work, said they were fixed.
    We got in the coach and drove home everything wet fine.
    Let it set for a few days had things to do.
    Go in coach my wife spent 3 DAYS CLEANING IT. Refrigerator was filthy no on cleaned it, marks on walls and ceiling, drawers dirty. I do not know who could call this coach cleaned! turned on front TV does not have signal. Turned on the Audio/Video System nothing does not work. Went to bedroom TV no signal. Today 10/17/2022 it is raining, floor is wet, front and rear roof vents leaking. so much for caulking more lies. Wiping the water off floor. Noticed in bedroom they never replace the rotten wood just put the flooring over the top more of there lies. Removed the fac
