    In October of 2023, I hired ****** ****** of Coyote concrete and excavating to repair the steps at 990 S. Market Street, Troy Ohio 45373. He was paid $2000 cash for the job. I tried many, many times to get him to look at the problems with the steps. There was cracking, white discolored spots and sloppy work.
    At the same time I hired ****** ****** to pour a new driveway at **** ** ******** *** **** **** *****. I paid him $5200 cash for this job. The driveway doesn't slope properly causing puddling on the driveway. I am really concerned about water freezing on the driveway this winter causing a slip and fall hazard.
    I also paid him for a small section of asphalt between the street and driveway. He quoted me $300-350. He showed up wanting $700. I felt I had to pay him.
    I have tried to contact ****** numerous times and tried to get him to come back to look at the problems. He wouldn't even respond until I had a lawyer send him a letter and pictures. When he did come to look at the problems, he was very angry and verbally abusive. I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital for my heart after speaking with him.To date, the problems have not been fixed.
    I am 86 years old, I am disabled and have almost died twice. I feel he took advantage of my age and disability.
