1 starWe had cracks in the mortar of our stone walkway and, after reading about Perfect Paver Co., had them come out to talk with us about their service / offering. They told us their solution was based on sand and a chemical which hardened the sand to be hard as concrete. The job could be handled quickly and inexpensively, which we found attractive. We decided to engage Perfect Paver Co. for this job.
The job was completed but there were issues. The joints weren't completely filled, looking bad on the edges and shallow in the mortar sections, and the sand -- which was supposed to be hard as concrete -- was soft and spongy. I raised this issue with the company and was told they would be back out to repair the job. Someone returned a few weeks later, worked on the walkway and told us it would harden up within 48 hours. After 3 weeks, I called to tell Perfect Paver Co. the sand in the joints was still soft and spongy. They told me they'd have someone contact me to get this addressed -- it's been a month and I've yet to hear from anyone at the company. Even with sub-freezing temperatures in our area the past week, the sand is still soft and spongy. I've sent text messages and Perfect Paver Co. is ignoring my requests for assistance. This company doesn't know how to offer good service and it'll likely be the death knell for the firm. We've learned, unfortunately the hard way, the true meaning of the saying '... If it looks too good to be true, it likely isn't true ...'. I'd highly recommend any homeowner or consumer considering Perfect Paver Co. to repair their walkways, patios, etc. to look elsewhere -- they'll be glad they did.Review fromLinda B

From the start to finish of our paver patio restoration project we were informed and updated by their professional team of workers, office staff, and sales representative. Such an outstanding business. From Garry who came out to take pics of our patio, to the online estimate, and finally to the restoration of our patio, I can’t say enough about this company. We had this done while we were on vacation and were astounded upon our return to a patio which literally looked brand new. We laughed saying now we need new patio furniture to give it justice. I would not hesitate to recommend PP to anyone considering their services!

5 starsOutstanding work was completed on our patio & raised fire pit pavers! Repair work was done to provide the safety issues that were a concern — looks like new! Jake who then came, moved all patio items & furniture before power washing, returning when dry to fill in the spaces of the pavers, then sealing it all. No more dirt, discoloration, moss, or uneven appearance! It was all done very professionally but also with a kind, friendly, sincere attitude! I also liked how I was kept up to date on when our project would be worked on. I’ve never had such service as that and then to be on time for each visit. I’d request Jake to do any future work on our patio! It’d be hard to beat such a wonderful person as him! We can hardly wait to entertain on what looks like our new patio! Thanks!!
