    On Friday, Oct. 14, 2022 my son took my car, a 2021 Hundai Venue to Tireman to get an oil change. After 2 hrs, the mechanic told my son the car was ready and took my payment. After driving off my son noticed a loud noise coming from my car. My son drove 12 miles home. My husband then went to Tireman to let them know there was a problem. Tireman admitted they did NOT put oil in my car. They immediately had a tow truck come to my house to pick my car up so they could put oil in it. Because my car is still new I still had a warranty on it. I immediately called Hundai and they advised NOT to drive my car off the Tireman lot. Tireman then towed my car to a hundai dealership where they found that due to my car being drove with no oil my motor was blown. Tireman is now telling me I have to pay 10% of the cost of the parts to fix my car. I went 5 days with no car and had to miss part of a day of work. This is unacceptable to me. My car went in to Tireman for a routine oil change and ended up with a blown motor. I have on video Tireman admitting this is their fault. I should not have to come out of my pocket for their huge mistake.

    This complaint has been resolved. It has been turned over to the insurance company and offer was accepted by the consumer. We did pay the extra 10% of the cost of the parts so she is out nothing out of pocket.
