  This company is beyond shameful. They represent themselves as a company that can "help" people sell their timeshares - for only a yearly fee. ($300+) They take all the information about your timeshare and put it on their site. The bogus part is that they are not honest about what the true value is for reselling timeshares. They posted our Palm Desert timeshare on their site listing it for $18,000 when the actual resale price for these, we now know, is $1,500+/-. We trusted their information, as they portrayed themselves as "experts" at reselling timeshares. After they took our money, we never heard another word from them. What actually keeps them in business is collecting yearly fees from unsuspecting people who trust and believe their sales pitch.
  DO NOT LIST YOUR PROPERTY WITH THEM. We now know, through an honest resource, who wasn't interested in listing our particular property or taking any money, to spend time researching recent sales of our property location and take note of who sold them. Then you will see the true pricing. Our resource told us that generally, the resale prices of timeshares range from $1,000 to $3,000. It's kind of like buying a car. The minute you drive off the lot, it's worth less.

There are many factors that go into the success of selling anything and timeshares are no exception including the property owned, price and the value to a potential buyer just to name a few.   Weve stayed at this resort many times over the years. We love all the things to do and the lovely grounds with formal gardens and original manor house. This particular unit was fine but could have been furnished with things such as sugar, teabags, cooking oil, etc. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

  Location was extremely convenient to all the Historic Triangle attractions as well as shops and restaurants. Unit was clean and spacious, although the bathrooms were very small. The resort amenities were nice. We did not enjoy the timeshare presentation offers on check in and how they tried to trick us into going, but we expected it with this type of property. After the initial check in we had no other issues with that. Loved having the kitchen, washer/dryer and extra living space of these type of units and would stay here again.
