Contacted Mae Fence in April. A polite gentleman by the name of Mark came out, measured everything and provided a more than competitive estimate for a 6-foot vinyl privacy fence. In fact, the estimate was significantly below the next closest estimate that we received. It almost left my wife and I with that, "this is too good to be true" feeling. After doing more research and reading reviews, including those posted here, my wife and I decided to move froward with Mae Fence. We contacted Mark and made our down payment. From there I worked with Taylor in the permitting department. After providing a "Plat of Survey" for my property, Taylor and the team did all of the leg work in securing the permit from the city and the approval from our HOA, communicating with me regularly along the way. On installation day, a three-man crew (sorry guys I don't remember your names) arrived and worked diligently throughout the day to complete the job, including clean-up, by mid-afternoon. After original staking was done, a supervisor came out (sorry I forgot your name as well, but a very nice guy) to ensure that everything was laid out to my liking before the crew began boring holes for the fence posts. All in all, from beginning to end, I have to say that this process was extremely professional. These are attributes that seem to be lacking with so many companies these days, not Mae Fence. I close by saying, if you are looking to install a fence, look no further than Mae Fence!!! Kudos!

I'm sitting here looking at my new fence as the crew is finishing their cleanup. Everything looks spectacular and I'm so glad I called Mae Fence. One day install on the day that was scheduled!!Mae Fence Company

Around the first of March, 2023 I contacted MAE Fence to get an appointment for a 6ft pivacy fence on 2 sides of my property to keep my new puppy in as he was already getting over my 4ft chain link fence. They made an appointment for 9AM Mar 23rd. Bill K***** the salesman for MAE Fence showed up right on time. I told him I wanted cedar wood and showed him where to install it. He took measurements and went to his vehiccle to fill out the estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and I told him they were hired. We signed the contract and I gave him a 50% deposit. He said the office would contact me with an install date. As I'm rather impatient I called them the third week of April. They said I should have gotten a letter and my install date was scheduled for April 26th. The crew showed up a little before 9AM and went to work right away. They had the chain link fence torn down and hauled out to their truck in no time at all. They went to work on the privacy fence installing the posts. They completed the fence a little after noon and it looks awesome. They also installed a 4ft cedar wood driveway gate. At this time I highly recomend MAE Fence Company.Mae Fence Company

Mae's Fencing did exceed our expectations. The fence was completed in 1 day and Luis and the 2 other men were hard working and formative, We could not have had a better and polite crew. They were lower in price of 3 other local fencing companies. Michele also was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. A five star rating.Mae Fence Company

1 starHired this company with much excitement and optimism only to be severely disappointed. The craftsmanship is appalling and the professionalism of this company is non-existent. They didn't even know our property line upon arrival or have updated plans in hand at any of their visits. A 1 day job took 4 attempts (NOT weather related) over 11 days. The photos below show what they tried to pass off on the first day. Some, not all, was fixed even after multiple visits.We were told it was a 1 day job and to clear a couple trees/bushes per our contract. We did that.On the first day the team came out they refused to remove the back fence per the contract because they did not want to touch any brush on it. They walked out on the job. It was not stated in our contract that we were to touch the back fence that was being demolished and replaced. Multiple office contacts that started out as very responsive, suddenly were unavailable during our install date when issues arose. In order for them to agree to return another day, my husband ended up clearing brush and tearing down 90% of the back fence. The team came back a second time and ran out of supply. The team came back a third day: One man chucked panels onto our front lawn and left. Others arrived only to state it was not worth their time to use what they had and they did not have the right material to complete the fence. A worker stated he would call his boss about it, but simply drove off in a hurry. The fourth visit got us an enclosed space.The discount we fought for is dismal considering the breach of contract and work we put into the teardown that they were supposed to do according to our contract.This was an absolute nightmare. Research deeper into reviews than I did. I was duped.
