      Watch out. This place is sneaky and conniving and will steal your money for services they do not perform. I decided to go to the Penzone because my parents see someone in Dublin and have an amazing report with them. My father is a doctor and often misses appointments, etc. and highly recommended Penzone due to their flexibility. As a brand new mom, this was a large concern of mine so I decided to give this location to try. Little did I know, it wasn’t Penzone as a company who was flexible, but the artist they happen to see. I missed an appointment for a color and cut and woke up the next morning with the full $200 charged to my account. According to them, back in October of last year, they sent out one email to alert to the change, that this was their so-called new policy. However, in the text reminder at says nothing about being charged for an appointment if you were to miss it, let alone the full cost of a service that is not performed. When I called to speak to the manager, she said that it is at the discretion of the artist so they get to pick and choose who they charge for their services. This is not a policy. This is a disgusting excuse to rob people they just “feel like charging”. This artist refused to roll back the charge, something I guess they are more than welcome to do if they feel like it. I am disgusted and heartbroken. $200 is outrageous and cruel and these artists and the company they worked for are just as cruel and manipulative.

      I had an appointment at their salon and was not informed that that salon closed down and they moved to a new location. That made me late for my appointment and was refused to be seen. I took off work early to get to this hair appointment. I found ************-Director *********************** uncaring about my situation. I have been coming to the salon for years. I asked the CO-Director *********************** why I could not have been given a call or something to let me know they moved to a new location and he told me they have been short staffed, yet workers were standing around doing nothing when I walked in. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. F RATING.
