    He helps individuals set up home health care businesses. I paid him $4473 to help me set up my home health agency on in May 2023. He was supposed to help me set up the whole business, register the business with the Ohio Secretary of State, get a Medicaid number, set up on office, locate clients everything to start this business. We were supposed to be ready for business by 12.1.23. 

    he has not done anything. he told me he was going to begin in August. I contacted him in August to ask for a status update. He said Medicaid system was down, and he couldn't get it. In October, I reached out to him again. He said the Medicaid system was down, and he gave me their number to call. I called, but they wanted my national provider number. So I went online and set up my own number. 

    I asked for a refund, but haven't received it.
