      I was at an all time low with my debt and Apprisen gave me hope. At first it was hard for me to believe I could commit to the plan, but I did! Great advice, encouragement and a practical plan to set myself on a better financial path. ******, who was my counselor, was so kind. I never felt shame. Her encouragement really helped and I just finished my plan! I highly recommend their service. They really helped you to change your mindset and help you get yourself out of debt.

      No scam! Super helpful, friendly, reliable. Get out of DEBT!Although they had great reviews, I was afraid to get scammed- it's hard for me to trust but I was desperate to payoff my debt so I put my faith on them. I was in the hole thousands of dollars! It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. From the beginning, everyone I spoke with was very helpful, informative, motivating, friendly. Today, thanks to them, I paid off the credit cards I had. I highly recommend!!

      I can actually breath now, without experiencing the incredible anxiety I was living with every day. The individual I worked with was very personable as well as professional. I appreciate how respectful he was, and I never felt judged. He took as much time as as needed, and was encouraging. I am grateful for the time and attention given to me, and I am just completely relieved...the pressure I felt daily, worrying about my financial disaster, was almost too much. Thank you.

      I started my program at the start of CV19. I had to believe I would finish it and I did. I did because of the great customer ********************** I received! Also, the auto pays were like "set it and forget it." When I did have issues, I called and receive outstanding customer **********************. It was a struggle at times.       I recently had a disappointing experience with Apprisen due to a misunderstanding regarding the initial and monthly payment amounts. When I attempted to clarify the issue with an intake representative, her response was unprofessional—she raised her voice, spoke down to me, and was condescending about my financial situation.
      After several minutes, she seemed to recognize that her tone was inappropriate. While I acknowledge that the misunderstanding was on my part, the way I was spoken to made it clear that this is not the right company for me. Professionalism and respectful communication are essential in any client interaction, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard.
