    I contacted E&J Management because the phone number was listed on a housing resource list I got from Franklin County Reentry Services. After speaking to ****, I was told about an apartment located on Beulah Road I went to go look at. After looking at the apartment I proceeded to put in a rental application (So I thought).
    I was told I would get an email asking for my permission for the background and rental check to be done. After not getting the email I continued to follow up with **** and was given the run around. First I was told the system was down, then I was told he wasn't in the office, then I was told he was our of town. I am fed up and I want my money back. The application fee is paid to perform the background and rental check which was never done because according to him I would have gotten an email asking for permission for the process to be done. Which I to date still never did. I was blessed enough to have found a home now and I want my $75 back. This is a very fraudulent and unprofessional business. If the situation is not resolved I will also report the matter to HUD and to our local legal aid and tenant rights advocates for further investigation.
