      Crooks. Exactly what the person below me stated. They well scam you and then act like they have zero appointments. So they do not deliver what they sell you. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LYING CROOKS.

      They will sell you a package. You will be thinking the package will start right away until you go to the front after they've charged you amd then they'll explain to you they are booked out for weeks until you can get your virtual apt and then you'll have to wait for your supplements to be mailed. If you say that it would have been nice to know before making the financial commitment the 3 front desk people will get an attitude and tell you how you should be more understanding. A heads up would have been nice as I could have picked a company with more apt times or accommodations but I had to wait for this apt and now have to wait a whole month total before starting my expensive plan.

      It is understanding that a delay in starting services is frustrating for a new patient and we have since taken steps to fix this issue. At this time we were experiencing significant increases in patient volume due to the effectiveness of our our programs. All attempts were made to see this patient in a timely manner and provide all the services that were included in her purchased program.
