    In Aug 2022 ***** *******, owner of C 3 Home Improvement in ****** near ******* ** signed a contract to complete 2 boat lifts, dock & deck on ********** **** * ***** ******* ** for *** ** ***** worked on this from 2022 to Oct 2023 & finished half the job. No boat lifts were installed, deck, railings, steps, & dock were not completed. ***** was asked by us, as we released all the funds, if he was okay with finances & would he be able to complete our project. He said yes right up to Nov 2023 when he quit working. In Dec 2023 ***** asked for ** * more for items that were clearly agreed to in the initial contract & already paid for like steel construction specified in the blueprints ***** himself provided & American Boat Lifts that ***** chose. ***** admitted he was completely out of money & could not pay for any electrical components. We asked if we gave him money for the electrical could he install the boat lifts & he agreed. We gave ***** * ** He never returned to install lifts. ******* carpentry skills were very poor, most of what he did had to be removed & fixed by us. It was bad! ***** was absent from work many days, work days were 10 - 3 Mon - Fri. He never worked a Sat, or met a promised work deadline. ***** did not complete our Dock as stated in the signed contract & because of his very poor work quality, we cannot recommend him for anything. He did not prove to be a trustworthy - competent contractor. NOTE: In spring of 2025 ***** posted a PIC of our Finished Dock with our bright Orange-Cream colored furniture on his Business Site with other of his seemingly work related projects. Posting a PIC of our Finished Dock on his work sites implies to us ***** completed our Dock & he did not. He did not have our permission to post the Finished Dock picture. To us the property owners, this seems untrustworthy, unethical, fraudulent, & fake advertising which totally misrepresents to the Public the amount of work ***** did. Our information posted on YELP Site.
