Can someone please help me on what I can do?? I filed a dispute with Capitol one. They said because I gave the merchant my information it is not considered fraud. This crazy that people can steal from you and youre not protected at all. Id like to file a claim against capitol one. Can I do that?? Would that get me any results?? I appreciate your time.
