    Paid this company close to 4.5k to do my flooring and all we got were poor cuts and a whole pound of caulking. The owner told my husband that the cuts may not have been great in a lot of the spots, but that they did it right in some spots. What a relief. Owner also told my husband making the cuts flush with our door jambs was not included in the quote to which we tried to explain it is the contractors job to accurately represent what he will be doing/ educate the customer on what to do for the desired look which this company is not capable of. We tried to be amenable and give the company a chance to redeem themselves in which they installed molding to hide their horribly uneven cuts then cut the molding sideways/ too long in most places. Two separate contractors came into my home and stated the company did not know what they were doing, lacked craftsmen ship, and said we should not even let them in our home to fix the issues. Our bathroom contractor is offering to help us with the flooring because it is truly that bad. We couldve diyd the project better than this company did. So unprofessional and truly sad how theyre taking advantage of people and expecting them not to speak up. Attached are pictures of the actual work they do as well as a *********** dedicated to what a poor job they did based on other contractors opinions for comedic relief. My loss is your gain dont let this people ruin your house simply do it yourself or have anyone else install your flooring.
