1.) On September 24th 2024 I payed $80 for a wheel alignment that was not properly done it end up causing way more damage to the vechile and wheel alignment it totally off. The vehicle had to be inspected by the GM Chevy dealership in my local area and found several front end problems that caused this to happen including a Control Arm that wasn’t installed properly. 2.) on August 14, 2024, I had a tie rod ends put on the right passenger side on the vehicle that did not need that particular part due to a control arm that was not properly completed. It needed a bolt to be tightened in another shop end up completing it two weeks later the car made noise up until that moment I pay $140 for labor on something I didn’t need. 3.) On July 2, 2024 I had a Control Arm installed on the right passenger side of my vehicle and it was improperly done. The car is still making noises from this installment. The dealership gave me a printout of all the improper installments, including the control arm and the wheel alignment causing multiple other problems with the front end of the vehicle. I paid $150 for the labor on Control Arm.

Bought a 2004 Honda for my college bound daughter for $3500. I trusted said person because he is a mechanic,, I bought car in December. It has stopped twice on my daughter. First time he said it was the way the battery was installed. Second time it stopped he had to get it towed and told us it was the belt. Easy fix right??? No, my daughter calls him to check on car and he tells her it’s the AC compressor and tht would be $500. Nowhere on my receipt does it state as is. The car is at his shop and has been for a week, now we have to pay another tow to get the car fixed. He knew this car was for my daughter and stated there were no issues. It’s a lemon car and I want my money back or it fixed correctly. He didn’t advise me of any issues with the car tht would keep it from starting, now he just wants more money.

Around early September we entered into an agreement with Kurt ( the owner of one touch) to repair a vehicle that was involved in an accident. Kurt quoted the repairs @ $5,000 and 3 weeks. On September 10th we paid for the repairs by check - see attached document 3 weeks after payment was made, the repairs were not complete and vehicle was still located at a unknown 3rd party. After weeks of very frustrating back and forth, on November 10th, Kurt gave us another 8 days deadline. To this day as far as we know the vehicle is not repaired and we haven’t seen the vehicle. We are requesting that our money and the still not repaired vehicle be returned to us. It’s been very frustrating dealing with the dishonesty and frankly the complete disregard for decency.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Saying “I will take care of it” is not an answer. It’s not satisfactory: far from it. As I mentioned before it’s extremely frustrating dealing with this business. At this point we are not even able to talk with the owner or a representative of the shop and still don’t know where the vehicle is located. I’m starting to think that this is now a case of theft: I have been asking for the address of the car location with no success. The bottom line is I’m looking for either the car repaired or the car not repaired along with the money I paid. Again, “I will take care of it” is not an answer: the time when I could trust such statements from this guy has passed. I need firm dates very soon: because of his dishonesty, I spend $50 a day on ****

customer brought her vehicle in to get work done from a quote she received from the Chevy dealership . Per the dealership we replaced everything on the paperwork . customer check engine light came on again 3 weeks later  because her car was overheating. I told the customer to bring her car up here so I can take a look at it her antifreeze was low .. I told her if she have any problems again just give me a call or stop by . customer returned the next day and says she had her car back at the Chevy dealership and they’re saying the Pcv was still having a problem . I told customer I’m going to stop by the dealership. .. I talk to the service tech at the dealership and he says it’s recommended that we should just go ahead and replace the whole housing that the PCV valve sits in. I did contact the customer and tell her to return the car and I told her everything they said and she agreed. her and her mom came up here and cussed me out and threaten me . The dealership diagnosed the car wrong the first time so there’s nothing I can do I told her we did the work that was on the paperwork that she requested . I have text message to prove that I tried to reserve this
