    Exterminator was checking my attic and put his foot through my hallway ceiling. He left to get his mother who is the owner of the business. She returned throwing a contract on my table telling me no work is done without paying before work begins which refused to do. They left together to get materials to patch the broken wallboard making an unacceptable repair. She said she would send a professional which I refused. I will get my own repair person. I paid her in full by check and she told me I would get a receipt online but I was not given that option which would have given me an automatic receipt. As yet a receipt has not come. The mice are still running and I will need to hire another exterminator and have my ceiling repaired.

    **** ****** requested the technician to enter her attic. He told her that the little boards would not hold him, and she insisted that it would because her husband got up there and he weighed over 250 pounds. The technician was on his knees on the boards and the board gave in and his knee went through the ceiling. The technician called the office and was told to tell the customer that we will send a professional out to patch the ceiling within 48 hours. She refused to wait for professional she wanted us to patch it because she said that mice may run out. So, I went out and purchase drywall and patch hole and repaired it and came back 2 day later to paint it. The customer said that mice were in her bed on her leg and scratching her back up at night. There were not dropping anywhere in here home. we check her box spring on her bed for mice as she requested. We check crawl spaces and outside for any enter points. There was no dropping no enter points found. The lady house is spotless and feel that she may have other issues.  The customer has glue traps and snap traps all over her home which she purchases and has caught nothing in them. She wanted me to place more glue traps around her home. We return and inspect traps 2 days later no activity.

    No mice have been caught and I need to hire a professional plasterer to repair my ceiling.

    The business has stated that they are willing to give the consumer up to $200 towards the repair of the hole that they previously patched. The consumer is still under their 90 day warranty to if there are signs of pest, please contact them for an appointment.

    No mice have been caught but I will need to hire another exterminator and now a professional plasterer.The mice have been in my plants leaving droppings in the kitchen. in  addition I need to hire a professional  plasterer to repair my ceiling correctly.  They made a temporary patch that does not blend in with the rest of the ceiling.  I keep my home in A-1 condition and my ceiling must be repaired in an acceptable way.

    The BBB needs to make a correction. The business clarified that the offer was not for $200. The offer was that they would pay for half of the repairs or up to $200 towards patching the hole. The consumer will need to provide an estimate for the work before they give payment.
