    On July 1, 2024 I placed an online order for delivery at Marco’s pizza located at 4791 Turney Rd. Garfield, Ohio 44125. After about 40 minutes I decided to call the store for status of my order. I called 3 times, the time I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and the line hung up, the second time I got an answer and was put back on hold before I could even tell the representatives why I was calling, the third time I got an answer the male rep stated my pizza was out for delivery but he didn’t know when it would be coming. By this time it was almost 11p, the store closes at 11:30, I fell asleep waiting for the delivery. The next morning I called and a female representative answered I told her my issue and before I could give her my name she asked if my name was ****** A., I confirmed.she stated there was nothing she could do and that I would’ve had to call the night before. She said if I wanted a refund I would need to contact corporate. I asked for the number she said “google it” I expressed my disappointment and kept the conversation going to see if she would offer to remake the pizza and have it delivered that day or even a gift card, she never did. The call ended with her repeating I can’t do anything.

    I am beyond disappointed I have been an almost weekly customer with this establishment for at least 5 years. The customer service is awful and the disregard for peoples food and money is horrible, I would rather patronize any other company than to ever go back to MARCO’s. I filed a complaint on their website on July 3 for a refund and have not received anything as of today, July 11.
