      Called (twice) 1.17.2025 for propane; Guage on 8#. Ran out of heating propane Tuesday am; called twice. Called Wednesday. NO responses, rude, unprofessional, no explanation, no call for delivering propane. Temp. In house 53-57 degrees; husband severe heart problem(2 stents, ICD) ...coldest lowes of lows. Finally delivered Saturday 1.25.2025 $626..75 owed; truck driver said 2 trucks down, alot of their customers ran out. I feel this could been handled more professionally along with (I feel) over price for their non professional business. Driver #** Truck #** On top of that want paid in full 2.24.2025.
