    I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I paid Corey the owner of Cin-Day Spas to replace a pump that he said was the problem. When he came out to do it our family had covid so we stayed away and put the check in the mailbox. He replaced the pump and left. Didn't fill it with water or anything to verify it was repaired. When we filled it with water the hot tub is not fixed at all. So we were basically ripped off $580 and now he's not answering my phone calls or text. He is a scam artist out here ripping people off and there's nothing we can do about it. There is no address for the company just a p.o. box and no website. I wish I wouldn't have researched it further before using this company but he was recommended through knickerbocker so I trusted that. Shame on me! Knickerbocker states that the no longer recommend Cin-Day Spas because they've heard this story from multiple people. Heartbreaking!
