Paid for the heat treatment and still saw many bugs. Had monthly visits where he would come out and spray. Would see lots of dead bugs but his products did nothing for the eggs i would see little baby bugs everywhere. All in all I spent over $2000 and had to leave work to meet him there every month and my problem is no better. The heat treatment does not work as well as they say and the products they spray in the corners.

it is unfortunate when efforts are made to resolve an infestation and reinfestation continues to occur. the IPM (integrated pest management) program is designed for just such a case. it was made clear that this infestation would require additional followup service due to the presence of bugs after several months of no activity... in these cases control will occur with cooperation in cleaning and reducing clutter along with pesticide maintenance. additional services were provided no charge. We are dedicated to end every infestation we service. providing cooperation is given this will happen. continued service was declined and customer wouldn't return our calls.Review fromMolly B.

5 starsWe had a bad infestation. Ray is incredibly knowledgeable about bed bugs AND how to get rid of them.
One of the reasons we chose him is the treatment did not rely on chemicals.
His equipment put 1 million BTU's of heat into the house for several hours. He would go through the house with a thermal gun to identity any cold spots.
It's been 3 weeks since the treatment and not a sign of those nasty creatures.
