    Anew roof installed under a yr. ago. It was over $18,000 & sold to me as top-of-the-line shingles with 40/50yr. warranty, transferable to the next homeowner. I did not have any leaks before I purchased this roof. It has been problem after problem. My main issue at this point is ****** will not get to the bottom of the leak. The owner has sent workers out to look at the damage and they say they cant figure it out. I must have some other problem. have a large spot on the ceiling with the water stain. This same ceiling, when they were applying the new rubber roof, a worker stepped through drywall from the roof in two spots. I was out of town when this happened but had been talking about progress on the phone. When I came home a day a half later I happen to notice the sunroom ceiling having two caving marks where the damage was. They never bothered to tell me that this had happened. I called & informed *********** said they will send guy out to look at it. They did and then scheduled to come cut that damaged drywall out of the ceiling in both places and replace it. They put the mud over it and it ,painted ceiling. Within a month and a half I noticed a small water spot on the ceiling in the middle of the room, not too far from dryer vent and area they stepped . Groover told me I may have had something on my ceiling that bled through. Painter had just painted my ceiling & never said anything about a spot that could bleed through. So they told me to paint over it. By then winter came, it was mild no rain and very little snow. Once this spring came and we had massive rains the spotgrew very large. Had them back out & they couldnt figure out where the leak is coming from. They are blowing me off and telling me theres nothing they can do. Like I said I had no leaks before & my house is only 9000 ft.,,estimate was high, but I felt they were a reputable *********** could trust them. Groover has spoke aggressively/yelled,& will not fix the leak. Please help me!
