    We have bee trying for weeks to get a part (a wire for the power supply) for our Mattress Firm 900 bed. We sent repeated e-mals and left phone messages. We get NO reply and NO help. This has been going on for weeks, meanwhile my bed is stuck in a position that I can NOT sleep in! Rize is the Manufacture of the parts for the Mattress Firm 900 bed. The manufacture name is MANTUA.     I purchased an adjustable bed from mattress firm and within the 1 year warranty, the bed frame failed. Technician claimed it was a manufacturing defect and bed posed a serious risk for injury. He stated bed needs to be refunded or replaced. Its been 2 months and now they want to send just a part, when the entire bed collapsed with by baby on it. Because it collapsed, the other legs bent and I do not feel safe using this frame at all because I due suffer from a back injury. After it collapsed, I had to remove the bed and place my mattress on the floor for over 2 months. At this point, for my and my familes safety, I just want the refund if possible or the replacement there technician recommended.

    I escalated this claim to our warranty partner, Customatic, today at 4:47PM EST.  I received the following response moments ago.

    The manufacturer believes that the part that needs to be fixed on this bed is a part number CCBH, as does our engineering department.  We have sent that part to the customer and the customer has agreed to let the technician repair the bed if possible. ******* has assigned a technician to contact the customer.
